Social Media Perception Risk Monitoring


1. Assemble cross-silos virtual team to gain multiple perspectives

2. Compile comprehensive media use and compare use with corporate strategy

3. Ascertain and evaluate nature of risk and likelihood of occurrence

4. Review existing standards and policies to determine coverage and gaps. Update timely as new media issues require.

5. Determine, design, and implement appropriate tactics that realistically address determined risk

6. Increase employee awareness through engagement of staff using appropriate forms communications.

7. Establish an ongoing media review and monitoring program to gauge public perceptions, including public comments on company-related issues
